How long does it usually take until I receive the output and the estimated number of hours required?
The turnaround time and estimated hours depend entirely on the complexity and scope of your specific request. For simpler tasks like a social media graphic or a minor revision, you might see output within 1-3 days. Larger projects, such as logo design, brand guidelines, or website UI/UX, will naturally require more time. Once we receive your detailed brief, we'll provide you with a clear estimated timeline and the projected hours needed for completion. Our goal is always to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
What other kind of service does Urbantt.co do and don’t?

Urbantt.co specializes in comprehensive branding and visual identity design. Our core services include:

Are your designs unique?

For your core brand identity—like your logo, primary color palette, and foundational typography—we always create bespoke, original designs tailored specifically to your brand's unique vision, values, and target audience. We conduct thorough research to ensure your brand stands out and makes a distinct impact in the marketplace.

While the heart of your brand will always be custom-designed, we do leverage premium stock assets (images, icons, etc.) or well-crafted templates for certain supplementary materials, but only when it enhances efficiency, maintains consistency, and perfectly aligns with your brand's established visual guidelines. This strategic approach allows us to deliver high-quality, professional results efficiently, ensuring every element reinforces your unique brand story without compromising its distinctiveness.
Content & Task Management

Do you offer other writing services, apart from the list?
While our primary focus is visual design, we do provide strategic copywriting for core branding elements such as taglines, headlines, and brief descriptions that complement our design work. However, we do not offer extensive content writing services like blog posts, articles, or full website copy. For comprehensive content needs, we recommend partnering with a specialized content writing agency.
Can I request multiple tasks/projects at the same time?
Yes, you can submit multiple design requests simultaneously. Our team will work through them efficiently, typically focusing on one or two priority tasks at a time to ensure quality and timely delivery. The number of tasks we can actively work on in parallel will depend on your chosen plan and the complexity of the requests. We'll always keep you informed about the progress of each task.
Pricing & Hours

How much do you charge for if we exceed the number of hours?
If a project or your accumulated tasks exceed the hours included in your plan, we will notify you in advance. Any additional hours will be charged at a predetermined hourly rate, which will be clearly communicated in your service agreement or plan details. We always aim to work within your allocated hours and budget.
What about those unused hours?
Our plans are designed to provide flexibility. Unused hours from your current billing cycle do not roll over to the next. We encourage our clients to maximize their plan by submitting requests regularly. If you consistently find yourself with unused hours, it might be an indication to consider adjusting your plan for the next cycle.
Can I change my plan or downgrade or upgrade at any time?
Yes, we understand that your design needs may evolve. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Please contact our team, and we'll guide you through the process and help you choose the best plan for your current requirements.

How do I submit my request?
Submitting a request is easy! Once you're an Urbantt.co client, you'll gain access to our dedicated client portal. Here, you can submit new design briefs, upload assets, provide feedback, and track the progress of your projects. We'll provide you with a comprehensive guide on using the portal upon onboarding.
What are the payment methods?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience. These typically include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfers, and potentially other digital payment platforms depending on your location. Specific details will be provided during the onboarding process.
