Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using the Urbantt.co website and our design and maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Service.

 

1. What We Do

Urbantt.co specializes in comprehensive branding and visual identity design, and web maintenance. This includes everything from brand strategy and logo creation to digital and print collateral, as well as ongoing website upkeep, security, and updates. Specific project details and maintenance scopes will always be outlined in separate agreements.

 

2. Your Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure any content you provide for your project is yours to use and doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.

 

3. Design & Web Maintenance Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Our Website Content: All content on the Urbantt.co website (text, graphics, etc.) belongs to us.
• Your Project Content: You confirm you have the right to use any materials you provide us for your design or web maintenance project.
• Final Designs & Maintenance Work: Once your project is fully paid for, ownership of the final design files (as specified in your agreement) transfers to you. For web maintenance, services cover the upkeep of existing site elements and content provided by you. We do reserve the right to showcase completed design work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes.

 

4. Payment & Billing

• Service Model: We primarily work on a retainer fee model for ongoing design and maintenance services, providing dedicated creative support and resources to our clients each month. We also take on project-based work as agreed.
• Currency: All payments are in United States Dollars (USD).
• Invoicing: For retainer services, invoices are issued at the beginning of every month for the upcoming period. Project-based invoices follow agreed schedules.
• Payment Due: All digital invoices are due within seven (7) days of receipt.
• Late Payments: We may apply fees for late payments, as detailed in your project agreement.

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Details regarding refunds and cancellations are specific to each project or retainer agreement. Please refer to your individual proposal for these terms. Generally, work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed.

 

6. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

Our Service is provided “as is.” We don’t make guarantees about its perfect operation or that it’s error-free. Urbantt.co will not be liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from your use of our Service.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you. By continuing to use our Service after updates, you accept the new Terms.
